Services
Everything tech, handled by one person you trust.
Here is what I can help with. If your problem is not on this page, call me anyway — the answer is usually yes.
Fix what’s not working
Tell me what you see, in your own words. You don’t need to know the technical name for the problem. I find out what is wrong, fix it, and tell you what I did.
What I can do
- Computers, laptops, tablets, and phones
- Wi-Fi that is slow, drops out, or doesn’t reach every room
- Printers that won’t connect or won’t print
- Email that stopped working, and lost passwords
- Pop-ups, error messages, and “my screen looks strange”
Set up new tech at home
I come to your home, unbox it, and set it up the right way. Before I leave, I make sure you are comfortable using it.
What I can do
- New phone, tablet, or computer, with your old photos, contacts, and apps moved over
- Smart TVs and streaming: Netflix, YouTube TV, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV
- Wi-Fi routers and mesh systems
- Doorbell cameras, smart speakers, and smart plugs
- Printers, hearing-aid apps, and other accessories
Help choosing what to buy
Tech stores want to sell you more. I want you to buy the right thing once. I listen to how you will use it, then give you a short list of good choices at your budget.
What I can do
- A simple recommendation for phones, computers, tablets, and TVs
- An honest answer to “Should I fix this or buy a new one?”
- Help ordering online, or a trip to the store together
- A check of your internet, TV, and phone plans to find savings
- A review of the subscriptions you pay for each month
One-on-one lessons
We sit down together with your own phone, tablet, or computer. We go slowly, and we practice. I write down the steps so you can do it again when I am not there.
What I can do
- FaceTime, Zoom, and video calls with family
- Taking, finding, and sharing photos
- Texting, email, and the apps you use
- Online banking, shopping, and patient portals
- Simple written steps that you keep
Stay safe from scams
Scammers target people who are polite and trusting. I help you spot the warning signs, and I set up your devices so that it is harder for a scammer to get in.
What I can do
- A second opinion on suspicious calls, texts, emails, and pop-ups
- Help after a scam: next steps and lock-down of your accounts
- A simple, safe way to keep your passwords
- Automatic backups for your photos and files
- Security and privacy settings on all your devices
Your personal tech concierge
Have one person to call for everything. I keep notes on your devices and accounts, I visit for regular check-ups, and you get priority when something goes wrong. Ask me about ongoing plans.
What I can do
- Regular visits to update and tune up your devices
- Priority scheduling when something breaks
- Notes on your devices so every visit starts where the last one stopped
- Help for everyone in the household
- Updates for family members, with your permission
Home office & small business
Security-first IT for small offices.
I set up, secure, and look after the technology for businesses with fewer than 20 people. When you call, you reach me, and I already know your setup.
